Return Policy

All our dresses and accessories are made to order and we are unable to accept any refunds or exchanges.

All dresses are uniquely made to order of our customers.
The standard sizes are made to order as well, therefore we highly recommend ordering in custom size.

Custom dresses are specially made according to the dimensions you provide (Bust, Waist, Hips, Hollow to floor and the other sizes). In other words, once the dress is made, no one can wear it.
For this reason, returns are not permitted for custom dresses.
Please double-check your dimension and color selection before ordering.

Please consider that after receiving the dress, it may need minor alterations for the perfect fit. The custom size basically helps you to alter the dress easily after you receive the dress.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchange services for any products. All merchandise is made to order, so there are no ready-made dresses or merchandise that can be exchanged for returned merchandise. You must return the unwanted item (if you qualify according to your return policy) and have a new order for a replacement item. All new orders are subject to the current production period.

Can I cancel my order?

We know that ordering a dress for a special occasion is a very important task, and with that in mind, we have established a cancellation policy.
However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order. When the sewing process begins, the material cannot be reused. Even after you place your order, you still have time to change your mind. Please see our cancellation policy below for more details.

• Within 2 hours of payment: 100% refund + shipping fee.

• Within 24 hours after payment: 50% refund + shipping fee.

• Within 48 hours after payment: 30% refund + shipping fee.

• Over 48 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only.

• Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
